In my opinion, only if you've known the owner personally. These cars are prone to air suspension failures, part and labour costs for which run into a couple of lakhs easily.

You might run into issues with spare part availability as well. The basics (including the oil/air filter, brake pads et al) are readily available. Pretty much everything else is ordered basis a requirement. Irrespective of the low running of the two cars you mentioned, I'd suggest you exercise some caution.
