Most models won't work when on Auto. Generally there are push buttons under the clock and one has a picture of a hand (Like a cop holding up his hand to say 'Stop'). Press this button and it should go back to manual mode and allow you to use the oven.

However, w hile I can't find the specific manual for your model, there is a westinghouse oven manual here: and I would bet that the clock setting instructions on page 18 are exactly the same for your appliance! To Set: Before setting, make sure the oven, Timer and Timed Cooking are off. Press the HR or MIN 'up' or 'down' arrow pads to set the time of day. Press CLOCK or START/ENTER. To Disable: The clock time can be disabled so that it does not show on the display. To disable, press and hold CLOCK for 5 seconds. To display the clock time again, press and hold CLOCK for 5 seconds and the time of day will show on the display.
