Ricoh Aficio Mpc305 Service Manual
It's been a while since I've worked on a Ricoh and the service pins are different depending on what your doing to the machine. I don't have a service manual for that model but you might want to consider this one for $12.99. I have not downloaded it but for 13.00 it'll hopefully have everything you need. Unfortunately when it comes to Ricoh about as deep as the rabbit hole that Alice fell into. Ricoh's business model is authorized dealer only sales and service support. They are probably the most stringent in the industry.
Dealers must meet a minimum sales quota that's not low. Because of this you're not likely to find a dealer that is willing to give you this information and miss out on billable hours, or sell you an expensive service contract. I appreciate the response!
I actually meant to update this today. I finally defeated the behemoth that is Ricoh. I was able to get the device in to SP mode and figure out how to change the bit switch for ECM. To enter SP Mode on a Ricoh 3353 you must use this key sequence: 1. Press the home button (Just to give you a clean starting place) 2.
Press the Reset (Yellow) key 3. On the number pad enter 8 0 6 1 8 2 4. Press and Hold the C key Bam.

Press and Hold the C keyI know this is an old thread but just to provide some more info in case anyone comes across it, the first method works for current Ricoh copiers (anything 03-series or newer, i.e. MP 2553, MP 6003, etc.) and the second method works for almost all older Ricoh copiers (00-series, 01-series, 02-series and older, i.e. MP 5000, MP 5001, Aficio 3500, Aficio 2060, Aficio 171, etc.).
